RAWYOD is working to address the communities' challenges through implementation of different interventions that solely focuses to;
A better world where everyone, especially women and children, have equal opportunities and rights, access to education, health, and dignified work.
We work for players of change including women and children in every community for a safe and more inclusive world.

The Roadmap for Women and Youth Development (RAWYOD) is a youth-led, independent humanitarian and development non-profit organization established in 2021, dedicated to protecting and advancing the rights of women, youth, and children. Founded to mobilize, organize, and unite communities around a shared development agenda, RAWYOD delivers integrated interventions across key sectors including Protection, Environment, Education, Health, and Peacebuilding.
The organization creates inclusive platforms where all individuals—especially women and marginalized groups have a voice, enabling them to actively participate in improving livelihoods and fostering safe, peaceful, and resilient communities. Over the years, RAWYOD has evolved into a trusted and impactful organization with strong governance systems, technical expertise, and operational capacity.
Its geographic footprint has expanded across Yobe, Borno, Kebbi, Jigawa, Taraba, Gombe, Bauchi, Adamawa, Zamfara and Sokoto States, where it implements integrated programmes that address both immediate humanitarian needs and long-term development challenges. Institutional systems have been strengthened through the establishment of robust frameworks, including Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), safeguarding and PSEA mechanisms, Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP), and risk management structures aligned with global standards and donor requirements.
RAWYOD has also built strategic partnerships with leading national and international actors, including UNICEF, the Nigeria Humanitarian Fund (NHF), ViiV Healthcare, FIFA Foundation, the Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH), the Global Fund, and the Meningitis Research Foundation (MRF), enhancing programme quality, scale, and impact.
Today, RAWYOD operates as a multi-sector, multi-donor organization delivering integrated, community-driven interventions that combine humanitarian response with resilience building, peacebuilding, and sustainable development. At its core is a firm belief in the potential of every woman, youth, and child—potential that is often constrained by poverty, violence, exclusion, and systemic discrimination. RAWYOD exists to break these barriers by empowering communities, amplifying voices, and creating opportunities for inclusive and equitable development in Nigeria and beyond.
